30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of item receipt to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

Return Process

  • Unapproved returns (without prior authorization) will be rejected.
  • Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Methods & Costs

  • Mail: Return via postal service.
  • Shipping Labels:
    • Defective Products: Free prepaid return label (we cover shipping).
    • Customer Remorse (e.g., personal preference): You cover return shipping costs.

Fees & Refunds

  • Defective Products: Contact us for repairs/replacements. If unresolved, we will issue a replacement or refund.
  • Customer Remorse:
    • Refund of product price within 30 days of receipt.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • No restocking fees for any returns.

Exchanges

We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

Refund Processing

  • After inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval via email.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • Allow additional time for your bank/credit card company to finalize the transaction.

Order Cancellation Policy

If an order is canceled due to unavailability or error, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
