30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of item receipt to request a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

Return Process
- Unapproved returns (without prior authorization) will be rejected.
- Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Return Methods & Costs
- Mail: Return via postal service.
- Shipping Labels:
- Defective Products: Free prepaid return label (we cover shipping).
- Customer Remorse (e.g., personal preference): You cover return shipping costs.
Fees & Refunds
- Defective Products: Contact us for repairs/replacements. If unresolved, we will issue a replacement or refund.
- Customer Remorse:
- Refund of product price within 30 days of receipt.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- No restocking fees for any returns.
Exchanges
We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
Refund Processing
- After inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval via email.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
- Allow additional time for your bank/credit card company to finalize the transaction.
